Is there any other way to pay besides through PayPal?

Not at this time, however you can use all major credit cards through PayPal without setting up an account with them. Moreover if you begin selling items through FlashDo you can use your Cash earnings to buy files.

Why has my Paypal payment not been credited into my account?

PayPal can take up to 12 hours to process your transaction. Please only send support tickets if your PayPal payment has not been processed after 12 hours. If after this period your transaction still has not gone through, please contact support, making sure to include:

  • Your PayPal Transaction ID
  • Your PayPal Email Address
  • Transaction Date & Time

and we'll make sure it's all sorted out.

How long does it take for PayPal transaction to appear in my FlashDo account?

Usually the transaction occurs instantaneously, but in some situations there can be a delay of up to 12 hours. If payment still not credited into your account after 12 hours, please contact support, making sure to include:

  • Your PayPal Transaction ID
  • Your PayPal Email Address
  • Transaction Date & Time

and we'll make sure it's all sorted out.

How do I upload/deposit money into my account?

After login, click on the DEPOSIT on the top right corner of the site, just after your username. This will take you to the deposits page.
